How long to heal the leaky gut syndrome?

I had pancreatitis about 18 months ago. Since then, the vitamins and supplements that I always take more time to work and give me any energy. I am currently in my low vitamin D testing. Apart from Vit. D, I take Carnosine zinc, biotin, Probiotics and pancreatic enzymes to Leaky Gut Syndrome. If leaky gut, how long does it take to heal? Thank you. Tim

Hi Tim, work specifically to the leaky gut syndrome and the answer is it really depends on how effectively treat it, how it affects the intestinal mucosa, and what the underlying cause of intestinal permeability is. I've had people doing 100% better in a few weeks, while others, is much longer. It does not matter how many extras you would if you do not correct the underlying cause of it in the first place and that is a very important concept to understand. Believe me, you do not develop bowel with flight supplements because they are poor. Most of the cases I deal with bad people who are in poor adrenal fatigue and also have parasitic infections. Namely because the body does not heal if you are in a state of chronic stress (adrenal fatigue), and parasites can take some time to completely outside the system. But there is much that will work with the leaky gut syndrome, if you really want to heal. You must … 1. Dietary modification to identify and remove any intolerances Food. The most common are wheat (gluten), dairy products, soybeans and corn. 2. You must remove all pathogens that may require supplements and cup sugar and processed foods completely from your diet because these parasites are only food and harmful bacteria. 3. We must restore the proper functioning of the system tract that can do this through the use of digestive enzymes (which will involve more of pancreatic enzymes). Usually I use one with HCL and added. 4. Only made after 1, 2, 3 and probiotics do much for you in the long term. I usually get really good results on a similar program at this time one or two months (after getting rid of parasites and by supporting the adrenal glands) as well as your Vit. a deficit in the D, I recommend you take an oil High quality cod liver, because not only provide the vitamin D they need, it also has great anti-inflammatory properties that you really need.
