What are the very best probiotics?
Don’t tell me yogurt…I know…I have been on primal defense and they just aren’t working.
I tried the freeze dried types available at health food and grocery stores and they did nothing for me, may as well have been sawdust as far as the effect is concerned. The encapsulated probiotics which are in the capsule with the culturing medium have worked well for me, I really notice a difference. I tried Dr. Ohirra’s 12 probiotics which worked- and now take LB17 which is has 17 strains of bacteria. I think the more strains of bacteria the better, and the more alive they are the better.
